OUR MISSION
We are HEAVEN GLUTEN-FREE and our mission from day one is to bake healthy and delicious gluten-free bread. We believe that gluten-related health conditions should not stand in a way of enjoying everyday food. Our focus is on handcrafting loaves of bread that taste better than regular bread and help our bodies stay healthy, that's why all of our bread products are naturally fermented without any yeast, dairy, soy, eggs or preservatives and are designed to promote healthy microbiome.

Polina and Vlad Lahoda
Hi, we are the Lahoda's and up until we founded Heaven Gluten Free Bakery we have never baked bread commercially and baking bread turned out to be our common passion. Hopefully, you feel this when you bite into a slice of Heaven GF sourdough of your choice. The bread we bake reflects everything we believe bread should be: wholesome, delicious, handmade with highest quality ingredients so it nurtures body and soul. If you haven't tried our bread, don't, as you might get addicted just like we did.
WHAT MAKES HEAVEN GLUTEN-FREE BREAD SO UNIQUE?
NATURAL FERMENTATION
We use GF starter instead of traditional yeast and natural fermentation contributes to better digestion and stronger immune system
Healthier sweeteners
We use YACON SYROP and Coconut Sugar as sweeteners. Bacon syrup is considered one of the healthiest natural sweeteners and is sourced from Peru.
GF and CELIAC SAFE
We use tested and certified ingredients to make sure all of our products are celiac safe. Our production facility is dedicated gluten-free.
FREE OF MAJOR ALLERGENS
We don't use soybeans, peanuts , milk, eggs, wheat.
VEGAN
Our breads are always made vegan so more people can enjoy it.

HEAVEN GLUTEN FREE was founded in 2023 by Polina and Vlad Lahoda who immigrated to the US from Ukraine in 2022
